The laws of the United States, The State of Georgia, and Forsyth County govern these terms and conditions. By accessing this website and using our services/buying products offered you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of said courts in all disputes arising out of such access. If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from these terms and the remaining terms will continue to apply. Payment

Secure PayPal processing is the only acceptable method of payment. Our Terms are payment in full, and no order will release until we have received PayPal payment confirmation. GA Sales Tax (7%) will be added for all orders shipped to Georgia. For orders shipping outside of Georgia, the receiver is responsible for complying with resident state and local tax laws. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies uncollected via collection Agencies and/or through Small Claims Court in such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs.

Free Shipping

This offer applies to ground only transportation and is limited to the U.S (lower 48) only. Product will ship via the transportation method and carrier of the shipper’s choice. Your order will usually ship within 3-7 business days if not sooner after you receive an emailed confirmation. We are not responsible for carrier shipping delays. We can only ship to your credit card billing address for security reasons. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Contact your credit card company to add alternate address, if needed.

Cancellations, Refunds, & Returns

Do not complete your purchase on this site, unless you are sure of your choice. Cancellations and refunds will not be available, where the transaction including payment process is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Items represented on this site will drop ship from various manufacturer and other warehousing locations. All sales are final and ABCBuyNow does not accept or process returns. New product quality, “fit for use”, defective product replacement, product warranty, and any other product issues, are the responsibility of the product manufacturer. Damaged shipments must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery, and the actual shipper must also be notified of shipment damage within 24 hrs. Packaging may need to be retained and inspected for claims purposes.

Communication

The Company provides an e-mail address only for contact and queries. ABCBuyNow order processing and e-mail communications will be conducted during normal business workdays (9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time), excluding weekends and holidays. Please be patient, we may be seeking answers needed to respond; and we will respond. ABCBuyNow is registered for doing business in the U.S. State of Georgia, and is located in Forsyth County.
